汽车安全气囊用短型无端子爆管连接器

  为了确保乘客的安全,特别是为了响应欧美市场的法律,在自动驾驶技术日益普及的如今,也要求了汽车安全性能的进一步警示。车载安全气囊越来越多地被安装在头部,膝盖,身体侧面等各种位置,以达到保护乘客以及行人安全的目的,预计今后安保位置的数量还会持续增加。此外,在不幸发生碰撞时,由于驾驶员和前排乘客的安全气囊具有与车身相适应的功能,安全带预紧器(*2)可以自动固定和调整座椅,保护驾驶员及乘客的安全,从而提高车辆的安全性能。
  在用于操作车载安全气囊,固定和调节安全带的被称为充气机的装置中,符合AK2标准的爆管(点火装置)连接器主要在欧美被广泛使用,现在也也开始采用符合较短的无终端接口且结构更简单的连接器种类,通常称为AK3型ABX-5连接器。在短型无端子接口标准中,另一侧的固定连接器也具有更简单的结构,并且定位编码的形状也不同于AK2标准连接器。
  在这种情况下,我们开发并推出了符合短端子无接口标准的连接器-MX72C/D系列连接器,该连接器采用自锁结构,只需一次操作即可实现安全配接。
   本产品是利用弹簧反作用力的半配接防止机制的自锁型连接器,目前已在市场上贩售的兼容AK2标准的"MX72A/B系列 "连接器也曾经使用过。嵌合操作时有“咔哒”声的实感,通过一次插拔操作就可以检查连接器的配接情况,提高了工作效率,防止了误嵌情况的发生,有利于提高气囊装置的可靠性及安全性能。同时,为了能实现复数使用,提供了符合USCAR,ISO标准的四种类型的定位编码,以防止错误的配接。

  今后,我们将继续扩大安全气囊用连接器的产品种类,为满足广大客户日益增长的需求提供安全可靠的连接器解决方案。
